For those that may not know, every year on the first Saturday of May thousands of comic shops take part in Free Comic Book Day. And we are no exception.

Saturday May 4th at 10 AM we will open our doors and give away thousands of comic books absolutely free. It’s a great way to get younger kids interested in the joy of reading and for adults to rediscover a love of comics. But it’s not just comics that we’ll have on May 4th.

We’ll also have Kyle Kaczmarczyk of FUBAR (http://fubarpress.com/) and Igor: Occult Detective fame will be signing copies of FUBAR Vol. 2: Empire of the Rising Dead as well as the FUBAR Free Comic Book Day comic.

Along with Kyle, we’ll have our own Joe Pangrazio, writer/creator of Cthulhu Holmes (http://www.cthulhuholmes.com) on hand selling t-shirts, limited edition prints, and doing sketches.

And plenty of people dressed up as your favorite characters. They might even take pictures with you, if you ask extra nicely.
